Automatic pistol proof repeated on the left side of the slide and on the barrel over exposed chamber that is also marked “PIST.PATR.08”. Full serial number on slide and frame, the last three digits repeated under the barrel. Waffenamt E/WaAD20 acceptance on right tang. Walnut checkered grips. Astra “E/U” magazine with later added “7311/1”.

Near excellent, original rust blue with sharp edge wear and thinning as one might expect from a lightly holstered pistol. Much of the fire blue over crown of grip screws has toned. Comparable condition grips and magazine. Mirror bright bore. Perfect manual mechanics. One of the more desirable Astra pistols as procured by the Nazi military during WWII.
