Conventional single action blowback pistol made by Theodor Bergmann, this example a late variation with an externally numbered slide, cal 6.35mm, designed similarly to most of the Spanish Eibar pistols, with a left tang mounted safety and bottom magazine release. Left side of slide marked with two line address. Crown/N proofing on exposed barrel hood and right side of frame. Most major components blued, barrel in the white, magazine is nickle plated. Matching slide, barrel, and frame. Magazine is unmarked.
Bergmann, Vest Pocket, 6.35mm, 6455, PCA-174
VG+ with the slide having been reblued, wear in usual use locations, mainly around the muzzle, under the trigger guard, and slight thinning of the straps. Comparable condition grips and magazine. Bright bore with sharp rifling. Perfect manual mechanics. A nice all matching example of a late production Bergmann Vest pocket pistol.
