Standard 4.75” barrel with drift adjustable front sight and fixed rear sight. Full matching serial number on barrel, left rail, and rear toggle link with last few digits repeated on sideplate and receiver lug. All small parts with usual inspector markings. As a commercial gun, there would be no “P” release marking. Forward frame recess marked “44”, no month apparent, reflecting production 1944. W/F logo on back of frame. Uniformly checkered black plastic grips, each panel molded with an encircled “W/F” logo. Original black bottom magazine.
Synopsis:
Swiss Bern 1929 Commercial Luger, all matching with black grips and correct black bottom magazine.
Condition:
Near excellent original matte finish with minimal holster wear in expected locations. Excellent grips with sharply molded checkering, no discernable losses. Magazine with bright body and near new plug. Near mirror bore with sharp rifling. Perfect manual mechanics. Commercial versions are much, much scarcer than the military, and a nice complement to any Swiss Luger collection.
