Deeply impressed CROSS IN STARBURST over chamber with usual DWM over middle toggle link. Full serial number under barrel and on forward frame. Numbered small parts are all matching, including the grips, each with an impressed “55” or “555”. Magazine with tinned body and walnut base with aluminum inserts. No “P” stamp as usually applied to deaccessioned weapons and no import marks. A correct leather holster that is manufacturer marked and dated “18” on obverse surface.

Approximately 98+% bright, arsenal rust blue with minimal sharp edge wear. Comparable condition strawed parts. Sharply checkered grips, darkened by oil staining, no noticeable cracks or losses. Mirror bore. Perfect manual mechanics. VG/VG+ holster with intact, original stitching and nicely impressed date and manufacturer marking. Overall, an extremely nice 1906 Cross in Starburst Luger, especially unusual in not having a “P” release marking or an import mark, now about a hundred years old!
