Standard configuration 1923 Commercial Luger in .30L with 3-7/8” barrel, drift adjustable front sight and fixed rear sight. Blank chamber with Crown/N on left barrel extension, and under barrel. “GERMANY” on right side. Full SN under barrel and on forward frame. All usually numbered small parts are matched with “33” except holdopen has a very small “7” that appears more of an inspection mark than a number. Major components are rust blued with strawed takedown lever, trigger, safety, ejector, and magazine release. Unmarked beech grips with sharp checkering. Correct magazine with GERMANY on bottom of plug.
Gorgeous, DWM, P08, Luger, 1923 Commercial. .30L.
99+% bright original rust blue with just trace sharp edge wear at the usual high points. No significant wear or thinning of front or backstrap. Light grips with very sharp checkering, minimal darkening. Faded fire blue on dome of grip screws. VG+ magazine with discoloration and erosion as pictured, near excellent plug. Mirror bright bore. Perfect manual mechanics. A great, all original, and no excuse 1923 Commercial that would be difficult to upgrade.
