DWM, P08, 1917, German Military Luger, WWI.
VG+ original rust blue with holster wear in usual locations as consistent with a holstered military pistol that has seen moderate service. Comparable condition strawed parts, the straw on the magazine button having been reapplied. The edge of the toggle pin head has been recessed. Comparable condition grips with several areas on the left panel, around the magazine release button and just forward of the safety lever, having been freshened by re-cutting. Faded fire blue on grip screws. Magazine showing more use with scattered stains and etching. Generally bright bore with slight etching but sharp rifling. Perfect manual mechanics. A classic and collectible pistol with just enough wear to use at the range.
