Standard configuration Roth Steyr M1907 with rib marked for FEG production facility in Budapest. Full serial number on right side of frame. Rear of frame proofed “Wn/12” reflecting 1912. Leather holster with pocket for stripper clips, shoulder straps removed in favor of added loop for belt carry, previous ownership markings inscribed on back.
Outstanding Roth Steyr M1907 as made by FEG in Budapest Hungary, one of about 38,000 pistols made in that facility, with correct military holster modified for belt carry.
98% original rust blue with fine speckling on each side of barrel shroud as photographed. Light staining of bolt, extractor, trigger, and grip screw as photographed. Grips oil darkened but very sharp serrations and only a few minor handling marks. Bright bore with sharp rifling. Perfect manual mechanics. VG+ holster with modification and ownership markings as previously noted. An extremely attractive rig from WWI!
