Standard configuration H&R 999 with 6 inch ventilated rib barrel, adjustable sights, 9-shot cylinder, and SA/DA mechanism. This classic revolver was introduced in 1932, and modernized over time. This example was manufactured in 1970. Usual markings denoting manufacturer, model and caliber on the left side of barrel and frame. Serial number on butt. Fitted with checkered walnut grips, semi gloss varnish, each panel with H&R lion medallion.
