Last three digits, partially bored out on back of cylinder. Major and most minor components blued with case colored checkered spur hammer. Walnut saw grips with generous border less checkering on each panel.

Approx 95% bright original blue with a spot of blue loss on the left side of muzzle, sharp edge wear and scattered freckling in usual locations for a revolver that has seen field use. No suggestion of touch up. Comparable condition grips. Bright bore with sharp rifling. All cylinders index properly with single action cocking. A tough to find H&R revolver, this one in exceptionally nice condition.
