Eagle/355 acceptance on left trigger guard web. Eagle/N on right side of slide, and trigger guard. Full serial number on bottom of front strap. Backstrap with provision for lanyard ring. Wood grips with checkering. Disassembly shows matching slide and barrel.

Near excellent bright original salt blue with sharp edge wear and slight thinning as expected in a pistol that has seen light service use. Grips with added varnish. Near excellent magazine. Mirror bore. Perfect manual mechanics. A nice early Nazi military HSc that could easily be improved by stripping the added varnish off the grips.
