Full serial number on left side of slide, safety, and left side of frame, the frame number suffixed by the year “1960”. Original factory-matching magazine subnumbered “1”. Second magazine, early configuration, is electropenciled with matching 2042-2. Izhevsk Arsenal marking on left side of frame. Import markings as imaged. Single piece reddish maroon plastic grip with two checkered panels impressed with encircled 5 pointed star.

Bright 95+% original salt blue with comparable condition primary magazine. Later magazine is more worn as imaged. Mirror bore, perfect manual mechanics with both magazines. A nice, early, Russian Makarov with an original factory matching magazine and a second numbered-to-match magazine.
