The Astra M800 Condor was a refinement of the M600 with improved sights, a loaded indicator, external hammer, left tang mounted safety, and a button magazine release. This salt blued gun was marked with the usual Astra U/C logo on the forward slide, manufacturer address and model on the rear of the slide. Triad of Eibar proofs on the right side of the tang with D1 reflecting production in 1958, the small automatic pistol proof repeated on the right side of the slide and the exposed barrel hood that was also marked with the caliber. Full serial number on base of frame. Fitted with black plastic panels each side molded with the Astra U/C logo and the word CONDOR. Original magazine with 7 indicator holes and pinned base marked with ASTRA on the toe. Disassembly showing a matching slide and barrel.

VG+ with scattered handling marks and several small patches of oxidation, most prominent at the rear of the slide serrations. Minimal wear on front or backstrap. Comparable condition grips and magazine. Bright bore and sharp rifling. Perfect manual mechanics. One of the scarcer/more difficult to acquire Astra pistols.
