Tokyo Baby Nambus, mid-late production with standard features including a matching magazine. As true for all of these gun, it has the Tokyo Arsenal cannon ball logo over the chamber. The right side of the receiver has 3 Japanese characters translating to “Nambu Type” over the serial number. On the bottom of the front strap are a pair of inspection markings. Matching serial numbers on all usual parts, including the firing pin retainer, left grip (right panel is inspected but not numbered), each of the checkered wood panels and the bottom of the magazine spine.
Super desirable, Tokyo Baby Nambu, Japanese, all matching!
VG + original condition, with dulling and toning of finish. Comparable condition straw on the extractor, magazine release, and trigger that are faded/discolored in the expected contact areas. Grips with sharp checkering, fine handling marks, no splits or losses. Bright bore. Perfect manual mechanics. A very nice, no excuse, example of a Japanese Baby Nambu with original finish and matching magazine.
