Smooth steel unmarked buttplate. Composition trigger guard is checkered on lower surface with small bruise.

VG-Excellent original condition, approximately 90-95% original blue showing areas of expected wear, no suggestion of any touchup. Same consideration applies to walnut stock that has a scattering of dings with two noticeable losses at base of pistol grip but retains most of its original finish. Bright bore.
