Double action only mechanism with correct magazine, this example with the spare cartridge loop and numbered with an encircled “6467”. Top of slide marked “Le Francais” in a small oval. Model notation “Type Armee” on the left side of the slide; manufacturer “MANUFACTURE FRANCAISE D-ARMES ET CYCLES DE SAINT-ETIENNE” on the right side of the slide. Major parts rust blued with beautifully case hardened trigger and release lever. European walnut checkered panels whose inserted discs retain the internally securing parts. Magazine with release at base having seven indicator holes.
