Crown/Crown/U on barrel, barrel extension and left side of trigger guard. Serial number under barrel. Walnut checkered grips with fine border, matched with inked numbers, secured with single screw. Matching magazine.
VG+ original rust blue finish, with muzzle and sharp edge wear as one might expect from a lightly used pistol. . Comparable condition fire blue on locking block, rear sight and safety lever. Same holds true for the straw on hammer and trigger. Sides of magazine burnished for better fit in housing. Original grips, oil darkened, with blunted checkering and scattered handling marks. No suggestion of enhancement. Bright Bore with sharp rifling. Perfect manual mechanics. A very nice Bergmann M1903, especially with a matching magazine, a real find for those interested in early developmental pistols!
