Chamber with deeply impressed RP/Anchor with the left receiver marked MP (Marina Portuguesa). Full serial number under barrel and forward frame. All small parts matched “98”. Replacement walnut checkered grips are unnumbered. Era correct unmarked magazine. Major components are rust blued; takedown lever, trigger, safety lever, extractor, magazine release are strawed. Toggle pins and grip screws are fire blued. No import marks.

Condition:
G/VG original blue with holster wear and strap freckling as one might expect from a Naval pistol that saw service use. Comparable condition strawed parts showing no suggestion of touchup. Replacement grips with sharp checkering. Discolored/chipped magazine plug as pictured. Dull bore with sharp rifling. Correct manual mechanics. Although the condition is not on par with the majority of WWI of WWII pistols, this is one of the best original finish 1906 Portuguese Navy Lugers that you are likely to encounter.
