Left side of slide with usual Norwegian reference with respect to caliber, model, and serial number. The right side of slide is dated 1926. Serial number is repeated on all major and minor components including the frame, slide release, trigger, safety, grip safety, main spring housing, barrel, firing pin retainer, hammer, magazine release, bushing, recoil spring guide and recoil spring cap. Grips and magazine were never numbered. All parts with original matte finish. Case hardened hammer. Fire blued extractor. Correct magazine with laynard loop. No import marks.
Condition:
Near EXC, wear consistent with light service use. Comparable condition grips and magazine. Mirror bright bore. Perfect manual mechanics. A very high condition Norwegian 1914, all matching, made in 1926!
