This is a rare and highly desirable F.B. Radom WZ98a rifle with 30” barrel that was manufactured for the Polish Army in 1937. These are very difficult to find in original, matching configuration, and especially in this condition. Matching bolt, stock, receiver, rear sight and butt plate. Original rust bluing on the receiver, barrel, trigger group and other small parts. Bolt assembly salt blued. Original stock with usual scattering of inspector markings. Original cleaning rod. Sling present.

Condition:

VG+ original condition, except bolt assembly that has been salt blued, with fading in usual areas reflecting moderate carry, particularly the sight bar and magazine floorplate. Original stock with scattering of minor bruises. No cracks or splits. Near mirror bore. Perfect manual mechanics. Very scarce and well marked FB Radom rifle from the pre-war period. Rarely offered for sale; a perfect complement to your Polish Eagle pistol!
