Description:

This is a spectacular Savage M1917. SN:27188B. Cal: .380 ACP. Standard configuration with fixed front and rear sight. Top of slide marked with a small two line legend mentioning patent year, 1905. Suffixed with “CAL. 380” and “9. M-M”. In-the-white barrel with no loaded indicator. Left side of frame marked with the safe/fire detents. Full serial number in front of frame. Matte blue with color, case hardened trigger and magazine release. Checkered black plastic panels with the Savage Indian head. Correct magazine marked “380 CAL”.

Condition:

Approximately 99+% matte blue with comparable condition case hardened parts and grips. VG magazine. Mirror bore. Perfect manual mechanics. It would be very difficult to upgrade this Savage M1917 caliber .380ACP short of finding one with a better magazine, NIB.
