Russian Arsenal SVT-38 detachable box magazine for 7.62×54R, 10-round capacity, identified by the star inspection stamp on the cupped floorplate. The magazine body is stamped “CB771.2,” which has been scratched out, the replacement number “338” stamped above it. Cupped floorplate with additional small inspection-style marks along with later Finnish captured boxed/SA acceptance.
Condition:
VG original finish with insertional wear, oxidation as one might expect from a service magazine that has seen moderate use, renumbering on left magazine wall as previously referenced with later applied boxed/SA after Finnish capture and reissue.
