Standard configuration and matching 1911 rifle, caliber 7.5×55, with barrel length 30.7”/overall length 51.5”/6-shot detachable magazine, made 1912 to 1919, total production estimated at 127,000, this example made 1918, with tangent rear sight graduated 1-15, straight pull bolt, detachable magazine, brass muzzle cap and metal buttplate. The left side of receiver is marked 471395, the same number repeated on the barrel, bolt, and bottom of the magazine. Walnut stock, military accepted. Metal buttplate. Correct muzzle cap. Leather sling.
