Description:
Standard configuration Factory Nickeled Colt 1903 Hammerless, cal .32 ACP, having blade front sight and drift adjustable rear sight atop a 3 3/4″ barrel. Left side of slide with two line address followed by the Rampant Colt past the slide serrations at rear of slide. Full serial number on left side of frame. Colt inspection marks “R” and “VP” on the left side of the trigger guard while “48” is on the right trigger guard. Right side of the slide marked “COLT AUTOMATIC CALIBRE 32 RIMLESS SMOKELESS”. Fitted with hard rubber grips molded with a Rampant Colt and “COLT”. Nickeled magazine marked “CAL .32 COLT” on the floorplate. Complete with laminated factory letter and original shipping box whose end label references the type and caliber of the pistol. No literature or accessories.
Condition:
VG+/EXC with the nickel having fine handling scratches as carefully imaged. Comparable condition hard rubber grips and magazine. Bright bore with sharp rifling. Correct manual mechanics though slide recoil spring is weak and the hold open lever is easily disengaged. Good box with shelf wear, oil staining, and internal separations.
