Standard configuration M1906 M2 Luger with 4.75” barrel with drift adjustable front sight and fixed rear sight. Deeply impressed Crown/M2 over chamber and intertwined DWM on middle toggle link. Encircled triangle, the Portuguese proof, under barrel, on left side of receiver, back of frame, and on magazine plug. Full serial number under barrel and forward frame with last two digits repeated on all appropriate parts except for the left grip that is numbered with a large “5”. Major components are rust blued; strawed parts include takedown lever, trigger, safety, extractor, and magazine release. Toggle pins and grip screws fire blued. Checkered walnut grips. Original magazine with bright body and wood base. Correct style black holster, likely an old reproduction, with no accessories.
Excellent DWM 1906 M2 Portuguese Luger with original magazine and correct style holster.
Approximately 97% original blue with sharp edge wear in expected places. Small ding on front strap. Strawed parts show more wear, as customary for issued pistols. No suggestion of any touch-up. Comparable condition grips and magazine. Bright bore with sharp rifling. Perfect manual mechanics. Near excellent holster with supple leather and intact stitching. A very nice M2 with no import marks! A HISTORIC INVESTMENT!
