Description:
Desirable early Soviet TT-33 Tokarev pistol, made 1938, serial number СK663, and original magazine. Standard military configuration semi-automatic pistol chambered in 7.62x25mm Tokarev cartridge with fixed sight and drift adjustable rear sight. Top of slide marked with serial number, Soviet star acceptance, and production year. Left side of frame with identical markings. High-quality pre-war finish characteristic of early Soviet production before wartime manufacturing compromises. Disassembly shows a matching barrel and hammer group. Original black bakelite grips with “CCCP” communist star logo molded into grip panels. Removable hammer-sear mechanism assembly distinctive to Tokarev design for simplified maintenance. No external safety as standard for military configuration, relying on half-cock notch for carry safety. Correct magazine with 6 indicator holes and removable floorplate marked HT560.
Condition:
VG with holster wear and spotting as one would expect from a military pistol that has seen moderate use. Comparable condition grips and magazine. Slightly dull bore with sharp rifling. Perfect manual mechanics. A classic and always desirable Soviet pistol that was made prior to WWII!
