Scarce Star MMS Spanish Pistol, near New in Original Factory Box.
Description:
Standard configuration Star MMS, one of the last Star pistols cut for a shoulder stock, this example having been made in 1985, but sufficiently rare that it has been declassified and no longer considered an NFA weapon when fitted to its correct shoulder stock. This single action locked breech pistol has a fixed front sight and drift adjustable rear sight. Usual address on left side of slide reflecting manufacturer, location in Spain, and caliber. Triad of Eibar proofs on left side of frame, under grip, with the automatic pistol proof repeated on left slide, behind serrations, and exposed chamber hood. Unmarked stock slot, as correct for late production MMS pistols. Major components salt blued; case hardened hammer; strawed extractor, trigger with sides polished bright. Checkered brown plastic grips. Unmarked magazine with two indicator slots on right side and detachable floorplate, indicator slot at rear. Correct blue-white instruction booklet. The pistol is near NIB. The right side of the slide with a few tiny scuffs near the muzzle. One of the magazines with light insertional wear.
