Description:
Standard configuration carrier as made for the Mauser C96 Red 9 pistol/stock as issued during WWI. This example is manufacturer marked, dated 1918 and additionally stamp BAXIV on the obverse surface. L.Z.A. rework markings appear on three areas as imaged. More recent glued repair of the retaining strap and added piece to the cleaning rod sleeve. A cleaning rod, not original to the rig, is included. No follower spring.
Condition:
Generally good with moderate surface crazing repairs to the hold down strap and cleaning rod sleeve as previously noted. Cleaning rod in about the same condition.
