Description:

Scarce Prewar Walther PPK in cal 22, high polish Crown/N, matching with second variation finger extension magazine, first variation standard magazine, and commercial military style holster. Standard Prewar features with fixed front and rear sights. Two line Walther address on left side of slide that underscores the model and caliber. 90 degree fire blued safety. Crown/N proofing on the right side of the frame boss that corresponds to the chamber with repeated proof on the adjacent slide. Full serial number on the right side of the frame with the last few digits coarsely inscribed inside the slide. Single piece multicolor Walther banner grip. Original finger extension magazine with matte body whose right side is recessed for visualization (second variation .22 magazine). Spare magazine without finger extension has the right side drilled with 7 indicator holes (first variation .22 magazine). Medium brown holster with manufacturer marking in usual place on flap.

Condition:

VG/EXC original high polish salt blue with muzzle wear as one might expect from a holstered pistol. Spot of discoloration on right side of slide behind serrations, minimal thinning of front strap. Safety retains most of its original fire blue. Comparable condition grip with minimal warping and no split under tang or around grip screws. Comparable condition magazines and holster. Mirror bore. Perfect manual mechanics. One of the harder to find Prewar PPKs!
