Standard M1906 Cross in Shield military with 4 ¾” barrel having a drift adjustable front sight and fixed V-notch rear sight. Deeply impressed cross in shield over chamber with usual DWM over middle toggle link. Full serial number under barrel and on forward frame. Small Swiss cross acceptance on left side of barrel and left receiver. Numbered small parts are all matching, excepting the grips that have small inspector markings. Release marking “P46” on left side of receiver. Correct magazine with tinned body and disc inserts. Leather holster manufacturer marked and dated “1906” with repaired beltloops and shoulder strap attachments.

Approximately 97-98% original rust blue with arguable touch up to the back of the receiver, just below the rear toggle link. Minimal thinning of front and backstraps. Comparable condition straw though the right side of the magazine release button personalized with a lightly scribed “A”. Sharply checkered grips with no cracks or losses. Mirror bore. Perfect manual mechanics. Grubby holster with numerous riveted repairs and several areas of stitching loss. An extremely attractive M1906 Cross in Shield whose holster is a throw-away.
